Short ordering lumber to save material and money, no or low volatile organic compounds in building materials, focus on extremely tight building envelops without air leaks, recommending energy efficient mechanical and electrical systems, and effective water use management built into the homes design saves money and resources as well as promotes a healthy home and environment. 

Our Story

Synergy Building Corp. was founded in Sarasota Florida in 2005 by Siesta Key native Joe Jannopoulo. It was created with the intention to provide the area a company that offered an artistic approach to construction that focused on the project over the profit. It was clear that Sarasota, even with all the quality competition in the market, needed a construction company focused on a team foundation where an Architect, Contractor, Landscape Architect, Engineer, and Interior designer could work as a team from the beginning stages of a project from design to completion. This process allows the project to have design, planning, value engineering, forecasting, scheduling, and construction as a one step process to save time and money to the home owner.
